Common Clientele

  1. The (cardio) exerciser lacking the strength training component

    My most common type of client is person who wants more from their exercise habit. They are often already active in some way (running, biking, hiking, light sports, etc) but want to maximize their return on investment with strength training. This person is not sure where to start, recognizes the dangers that can come with weight training, and cares about starting training the right way. My top priority with this population is joint integrity and muscular harmony.

  2. A complete jumpstart into exercise

    Progressions are key for this type of client. You don’t want to get completely “broke off” but you want the ability to maximize your efforts for short & long term results. My priority with this population is education and foundation. Motivation is strongest when you have confidence that your doing things correctly with a plan. concrete coaching points and take home resources give you the tools for success that can last a lifetime.

  3. “Sharpening the sword” for peak strength and athleticism

    Structure and results are the name of the game here. This person needs a coach that knows what to look for and will hold them to the highest standard of training. The top priority for this population is thorough program design with clear-set expectations of the physical and mental.
