Science Based Structured Strength
No client should have a trainer making up workouts every time you train. Effective and sustainable workouts require structure and progression. a great program has a scientific backing behind it’s structure and order for optimal activation and maximum real world translation. my Programs are designed to cover the Five Functions of Human Movement (the squat, hinge, push, pull, and accessory movement patterns) versus specific muscle groups. I teach lifelong movement patterns with progressions and regressions. I haven’t seen too many bodybuilders last the test of time (have you seen Arnold’s body lately?).
Mindful Movement
Posture and center of gravity (core strength & balance) are the primary focus points for technique during exercise. You will be given concrete awareness anchors and technique points for every exercise. Once technique is fluid, we use breath synchronization to bring a mindfulness component to your workout. DP Performance training focuses on maintaining a stoic equanimity (mental calmness, especially in a difficult situation) using strength training stresses.
Self-Competitive Systems
Whatever you measure, you get better. External motivators will only take you so far, so I use unique tracking systems to bring a self competitive aspect to your training. You set the bar no matter where you start, for a truly process oriented training program.
